1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3rr," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 3rr platform accessible at https://3rr.bio and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the 3rr website, mobile browser interface, and all software, tools, games, and services made available through it.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 3rr Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the 3rr Platform, including your PKR wallet balance and transaction history.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your 3rr Account using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to your Account by 3rr, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 3rr prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the 3rr Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3rr Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

Your acceptance creates a legally binding contract between you and 3rr. This agreement is entered into electronically and has the same legal force as a written and signed agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

3 Eligibility

Use of the 3rr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. 3rr operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 3rr, its affiliates, technology providers, or game suppliers, nor be a close relative of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 3rr Platform or have an active self-exclusion period in force.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money services on the 3rr Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account.
• Only one Account per person is permitted. 3rr uses technical, financial, and identity-based controls to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate Account will be closed without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person.
• You must notify 3rr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials.
• 3rr reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time for the purposes of KYC compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory audit.
• You must keep your registered contact details current. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or temporary account restrictions.

3rr may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3rr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 3rr may add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Minimum Deposit: Rs 100 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, though 3rr reserves the right to impose limits for individual accounts.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 3rr wallet in under sixty seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only after full KYC verification has been completed on your Account. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within a few hours of approval.
• Fees: 3rr does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 3rr accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal Refusal: 3rr reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3rr offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per user, per household, per device, or per payment method, as specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they and any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• 3rr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable opportunity to complete applicable wagering requirements unless the promotion was terminated due to abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Where a player has both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, Real Money funds will be used first unless otherwise specified by the active promotion.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 3rr Platform, including sports betting (cricket, PSL, badminton, UFC, and other markets) and casino game wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 3rr does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• 3rr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error, provided the error was material and identifiable.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records maintained by 3rr's system shall be considered conclusive unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by 3rr at any time.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be void and stakes refunded. 3rr is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to notice a market suspension.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay. 3rr reserves the right to suspend or void in-play bets where there is evidence that a user had access to real-time information not available to the general public at the time the bet was placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rr Platform. Violation of any prohibition below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance (real money and bonus), and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, betting bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with 3rr employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a valid deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or other circumvention tool.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rr Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structure, design elements, logos, graphics, text, game mechanics, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of 3rr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from 3rr.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content or design.
• Use the 3rr name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without explicit written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3rr shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or failure to store data accurately.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability arising from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or internet service disruptions.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials or from unauthorised account access where 3rr was not at fault.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3rr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

3rr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered user at no cost and without requiring any justification:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total funds you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net result of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible for all gambling activities.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 3rr Platform. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent.

12 Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• User-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 3rr support via live chat or email. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
• 3rr-Initiated Closure: 3rr reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe the account has been involved in prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms.
• Balance on Closure for Cause: Where an account is closed by 3rr for cause (including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct), 3rr reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, without compensation.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 3rr will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Real Money Balances in dormant accounts are never permanently forfeited without exhausting all reasonable notification attempts.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://3rr.bio/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects user rights, introduces new restrictions, or changes financial terms — 3rr will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to each active account before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the 3rr Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rr holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3rr relating to a transaction, bet outcome, or account decision, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to the 3rr support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 3rr will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within five business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 3rr's initial response, you may request escalation to 3rr's compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the matter to the regulatory body under whose licence 3rr operates. Details of the applicable regulator are available on request from the 3rr compliance team.

You agree that the records generated and maintained by 3rr's systems shall constitute prima facie evidence of any transaction, bet, or event unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.
